The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. Terms And Conditions

All items sold via this web site are to individuals, on a retail basis. Please be aware that JET Photographic reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion. If this is the case a member of our Customer Services team will contact you.

We will ship goods to the address that the account holder has registered within their account details. We cannot be held responsible if a customer moves delivery address and fails to update their delivery details. If this occurs it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the goods. A replacement will not be sent unless a new order directed to the correct delivery address is placed and paid for. This is also applicable to orders that are ‘In Progress’. In this case if a customer changes delivery address, the Customer Services Team must be contacted to cancel the order and it may then be replaced to the correct destination. If this does not occur, JET Photographic cannot be held responsible for any losses in transit. Click here to contact us.

JET Photographic will not send replacement items unless the customer has checked with the postal service used and allowed a set amount of time for an item to arrive.

JET Photographic reserves the right to lower/increase the price of any item on our site at our discretion. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for bank/credit charges incurred due to a lack of available funds upon processing your credit/debit card payment.

Important: Most credit card companies will simply reject the transaction if funds are not available, but banks (if you are using a debit card) may allow the transaction to proceed.

JET Photographic cannot be held responsible for any importation taxes or charges that are levied on the customer by the authorities at the delivery destination.
